Brian Yee - Managing Director
Brian is the founding Director of MSH Consulting and has been providing strategic consulting advice to New Zealand companies for over 20 years. Prior to establishing MSH in 1999, Brian held senior roles in international consultancies in Wellington and London, before joining the Treasury as Chief Analyst. Brian’s greatest strength lies in his ability to frame complex issues in a simple way and apply powerful thinking at the logical level to get to the core essence of an organisation’s opportunities and challenges. Brian has worked closely with Executive leadership teams across a breadth of large organisations, to clarify their thinking and help them achieve successful outcomes. He has a real passion for defining the value of strategy, then ensuring that the organisation can realistically deliver the benefits to all stakeholders.
Andrew Darlington - Director
Andrew is a Director of MSH Consulting, and brings to the team significant expertise in operations research. He received a Bachelor of Applied Science (Hons), majoring in Computational Modelling from the University of Otago. Since joining MSH in 2008, Andrew has gained a wealth of experience leading successful assignments for large clients in the public and private sectors. He is recognised not only for his excellent modelling skills, but for his ability to provide clarity and logic when faced with a particularly challenging strategic issue. Andrew is passionate about delivering practical and useable results, and his key strength lies in his ability to tailor the MSH approach to address the unique issues of the client.
Olivia Burns - Consultant
Olivia has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Information Systems and minoring in Marketing and Management from Victoria University of Wellington. At university she discovered a passion for strategic thinking and modelling, and applies these skills to her work at MSH. In her previous role as a marketing intern, Olivia set up disciplined processes to ensure marketing efforts met the businesses expectations. In this role she gained a greater understanding of how well thought out logical processes contribute to outstanding results. As a people person, Olivia brings her expert communication skills to the team, enjoying building relationships and achieving great results for clients.
Nicholas Pacey - Consultant
Nic completed his studies at the University of Canterbury, graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of Applied Finance and Economics. He has developed a strong capability for providing research-based results to provide financial and economic analyses. His previous employment has been at a District Health Board and FairWay Resolution, where he established robust interpersonal skills and a disciplined focus on client’s goals. Nic’s strengths are in his logical ability in applying analytical approaches to problems as well as strong qualitative and quantitative skills. His aptitude for providing clear and concise results, coupled with his passion for people, prepares him to engage with clients and help tailor efficient outcomes.
Conrard Watt - Consultant
Conrard has graduated from Victoria University of Wellington, completing a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Economics and Finance, and minoring in Econometrics. Throughout his studies he has refined his analytical, critical thinking and research-based abilities. Conrard has strong communication skills and greatly values relationships with both clients and colleagues. Conrard takes pride in using both his quantitative and qualitative skills to identify causation in trends as a means to create valuable insights. He is driven on delivering optimal outcomes by focussing on how to best address a wide range of client’s needs by getting to the root cause of issues.
nico Cronshaw - Consultant
Nico studied at the University of Otago, graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance and Economics and minoring in Management. Throughout his education, he developed efficient research processes and an analytical skill set which he uses to develop logical solutions. Nico strongly believes in putting MSH's clients first when prioritising his focus and values close respectful working relationships. By completing sporting ventures such as the Coast-to-Coast Nico understands that excellence is the product of planning, preparation and discipline. He takes great pride in the teams he works with and believes these core values are the foundation of their success.
Sharon Yee - Office Manager
Sharon has been the office manager at MSH for over 10 years and is an integral part of the organisation. She is the smiling face as you enter our office, and does all the work behind the scenes to make sure everything runs effortlessly here at MSH. Sharon is highly experienced with office management & administration, and makes sure clients always have the smoothest experience possible.

SCOUT - pAWLICY cONSULTANT
Scout is our expert in all things canine. He is often spotted in the office reflecting deeply on big strategic issues (while chewing on a toy). He is a critical member of the team in write-ups, always chipping in with helpful suggestions (when he's not napping).
